2026 Pakistan Mission Field Report

Building an Apostolic Hub in Islamic Pakistan
Grace and peace to you. My name is Nabeel Amanat. I am a AWCF minister in Faisalabad, Pakistan. I am writing to give you an update on the building project we have been working on here. I want to share what has been done, what is still needed, and ask for your prayers and support.
About Faisalabad
Faisalabad is a large city. Almost four million people are living here. It is one of the biggest industrial cities in Pakistan. Many factories, many brick kilns.
Pakistan is an Islamic Republic. Christians are less than two percent of the total population. In Faisalabad, many Christian families work in the brick kilns. They are in debt. They cannot leave easily. Their children grow up in the same situation.
In 2023, in a nearby town called Jaranwala here in Faisalabad district, a mob burned nineteen churches and destroyed hundreds of Christian homes (Read more). It started from a false accusation against two Christians. This is the reality here. Building a church in Pakistan is not simple. It takes faith and persistence.
The Work We Are Doing
I saw the situation of these families and I wanted to help them not only by preaching, but also in practical ways. When people have income and their basic needs are met, they are also more open to the Gospel.
So we started skill training programs (tailoring and cosmetology) so that people can earn their own income. We started a Bible School to train local believers. We opened a health clinic. Our mission is: Reach, Preach, Baptize, and Teach. This is what we work on every day here in Faisalabad.
What Has Been Accomplished
About two years ago we started construction on a building to house this ministry. We had to stop several times because funds were not enough. But with God's help and the support of different people who gave toward this, including the AWCF, we were able to keep going.
Today the first floor is complete and fully operational. Right now, inside that building:
- The Bible School is running and training local believers in the Word of God.
- The Skill Training Center is open. People are learning trades and earning their own income.
- Our congregation meets every week in a proper Sanctuary.
- The Medical Clinic is serving people who have no other access to medical help.
We thank God for this. And we thank the AWCF family for being part of making it possible.
What Is Still Neeed
The first floor is complete but the building is not finished. We still need to build the second floor. This floor is for the children, a school and a playground. Many of these children come from brick kiln families. Some have never been in a proper classroom.
Here is the current status of the project:
- 1st Floor - Bible School & Skill Training Center - Funded and Completed
- 2nd Floor - Children's School & Playground - Funds Needed: $6,500
- Furnishings & Materials (full project total) - Funds Needed: Another $6,500
Total Funds Needed: $13,000
Our builders say that with full funding, we can finish everything in about two months. We are close to the end. We need help to finish.
Our Request
I am asking the AWCF family for two things:
First, please pray. Pray for Faisalabad. Pray for the children who are waiting for this school. Pray for the families in the brick kilns that we are trying to reach.
Second, please consider giving. The total remaining need is $13,000. This covers the second floor, the playground, and all furnishings and materials. If you want to give toward this project, please contact the AWCF headquarters and they will direct your gift here.
I am grateful to be part of this fellowship. What we are doing in Pakistan, we are not doing alone. Thank you for your prayers and for your giving. May God bless you.
In Christ,

Rev. Nabeel Amanat
