AWCF Southwest Conference 2025 Delivers Spirit-Filled Worship and Apostolic Unity in Phoenix, AZ

PHOENIX, AZ - June 6-7, 2025

The Apostolic World Christian Fellowship (AWCF) Southwest Conference convened at Living Water of the Valley in Phoenix, Arizona, for two power-packed days of anointed worship, vibrant ministry, and apostolic fellowship. Under the leadership of Pastor Jason Lambert, AWCF Southwest Region Director, and Bishop Luke Smith, AWCF General Chairman, the conference unified saints from across the region in a demonstration of the unity of the faith, fulfilling the prayer of Jesus in John 17:21, "That they all may be one."

The conference officially opened on Friday, June 6th at 7 PM, with an atmosphere charged with expectancy. Worship was led by Upper Room Apostolic Church, setting a tone of heartfelt praise and sincere devotion. Bishop Luke Smith delivered a powerful word, emphasizing the AWCF’s ongoing mandate to “speak the same thing” and “be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment” (1 Corinthians 1:10). His message was both a call to unity and a charge to spiritual fervency, reminding attendees of the apostolic foundation upon which the Fellowship stands.

The highlight of the weekend came on Saturday, June 7th at 3 PM, as the conference showcased an array of anointed ministries reflecting the diversity and spiritual vitality of the Body of Christ:

  • The Sinai Choir from Carmel Pentecostal Church ushered in the glory with their powerful Congolese-inspired worship. Their harmonies and Spirit-led delivery stirred hearts and drew many into a deeper place of worship.
  • Branches of the Vine Praise Dance Team, representing Apostolic Grace Temple Ministry, ministered through dance with beauty, precision, and spiritual sensitivity, embodying the Psalms' command: “Let them praise His name in the dance” (Psalm 149:3).
  • The Upper Room Apostolics brought a refreshing and energetic blend of contemporary praise and heartfelt worship, engaging both young and seasoned attendees in unified praise.

Each ministry demonstrated the heart of AWCF’s mission: to preserve apostolic truth while fostering multicultural and multigenerational expressions of praise.

In addition to these ministry highlights, the event served as a platform to renew regional connections, offer prayer and counsel, and encourage continued participation in AWCF initiatives such as the Ministerial Licensing Program, the 7,000 Club, and upcoming educational opportunities through Christ Ministries School of Divinity.

As the conference closed, Pastor Lambert gave thanks for the turnout, participation, and spiritual impact of the event. “This was more than a gathering,” he said. “It was a confirmation that the Lord is knitting His Body together, and the Southwest region is rising in unity and power.”
